Who we are
North Bay Trusted Business Advice (NBTBA) is a community of advisors serving business owners in Mendocino, Lake, Sonoma, Napa, Solano and Marin counties.
This page explains what personal information we collect on this website, what we do with it, and what you can do about it. If you have a question, write to us at info@nbtba.org.
What we collect
When you join, we collect your name and email address.
When you use a form or register for a meetup, we collect the details you type in: your name, email, phone number, business and message.
If you pay for a membership, your payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
Like most websites, our server logs record which pages are visited.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account and membership, and to register you for meetups and send you reminders.
We use it to answer your questions.
We also use it to tell you about new content and events. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Who we share it with
A few services run the site for us. Clerk handles sign‑in. Stripe handles payments. GoHighLevel is our contact system and handles event registration and email. Vercel hosts the website.
When you ask an advisor a question, NBTBA passes it to that advisor.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Sign‑in uses cookies to keep you logged in. The event registration form, provided by GoHighLevel, may set its own. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, a correction to it, or its deletion. Write to info@nbtba.org.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We honor them for everyone, wherever you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page with the new date at the top.
